Welcome campers and coaches!!
Our camp is designed for the athlete that desires not only to succeed, but excel. The focus of our camp is unlike most others. We focus on mastering skills and positions, not clinic moves. Year in and out, at all levels of wrestling, the victory goes to those who focus on basics and strong functional positions. Regardless what your goals are, we will accommodate. We have coaches that have won at the National, World, and Olympic levels. We focus on the importance of hustle, intensity, enthusiasm, goals, sport psych skills, nutrition, weight management, practice room habits, strength training, the ability to function when fatigued, and a winning attitude on and off the mat. This is not a camp that shows a few moves and calls it a day. This camp is designed for those who want to change and improve their training and competition behavior. We will also focus on performance enhancement and consistency. Our camp goal is to teach you how to expect to win and give you the best opportunity to succeed.
The camp is held in the legendary West Gym and UNI-Dome. Every level of National Championships has been held in Cedar Falls. We pride ourselves on this successful history and optimistic future of championship development.
